Heated Seat Problem


Activate the seat by placing a wet cloth on the right hand side at the 3-4 o’clock position.

Adjust the seat temperature with the Seat Temp button. 

The remote should indicate the seat temperature being High (Red), Medium (Pink), Low (Blue), or Room Temperature (No light).


Seat Too Cold


Seat Too Hot

Press the Seat Temp button until the light shows Red.
The seat should start to warm up.
If the temperature is still cold,  please try restarting the bidet by turning the bidet off at the power point and unplugging for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, plug the bidet back in and then turn the power on. 
If the seat temperature is still too cold on the highest setting the bidet will need to come back for repairs and you’ll need to contact our support team.
Press the Seat Temp button until the light is off.
The seat should start to cool down.
If the temperature is still hot, please try restarting the bidet by turning the bidet off at the power point and unplugging for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, plug the bidet back in and turn the power on.
If the seat temperature is still too hot on the lowest setting the bidet will need to come back for repairs and you’ll need to contact our support team.
