No Warm Water
- Activate the seat sensor by placing a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock. Please click the “rear wash”. Once the bidet starts spraying, please adjust the water temperate using the Water Temp button and change the LED to the colour RED.
- If the temperature is still cold, please try resetting the bidet by turning the bidet off at the power point for 30 minutes and then turning the bidet back on. If the LED is on RED and the temperature is still cold, please contact our Customer Care Team as the bidet will need to be repaired.
