Remote Does Not Turn On - BA13
1. Please check that the lights on your remote come on by clicking the stop button.
2. If the lights do not come on, please change the batteries in the remote – Your bidet requires high alkaline batteries (we recommend Duracell brand).
3. After changing the batteries, please ensure the lights come on.
4. If the lights still don’t come on, your remote does not work. Please contact our Customer Care Team to purchase a new remote.
