Water constantly runs/leaks – Throne Knight

Water Runs into Bowl

  1. Please remove the power plug from the wall for 30mins to allow the bidet to reset
  2. After 30mins, please plug the bidet back in and turn the power on – The bidet will make a “ding” noise indicating that it is on. If nothing happens when the power is turned on at the power point, please click the power button at the back of the side control (Photo).
  3. Press the quick release button on the right hand side of the bidet (Photo) and slide the bidet forward towards the front of the bowl.
  4. Then slide the bidet back onto the base plate – You will hear a “Click” noise once the bidet is attached to the base plate. (If there is a “click” noise, skip to step 7)
  5. If there is no “click” noise and the bidet moves around freely, please re-align the bidet up with the base plate and slide it back into place (Sometimes it requires a hard push once on the base plate).
  6. If there is still no click noise and the bidet is still moving freely, please contact our Customer Care Team.
If the bidet is still running water into the bowl, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Leaking

If your bidet is leaking onto your floor or around the toilet pan, are you able to take a photo/ video of where the leak is coming from & where the water is ending up?

    1. If yes, please take a photo/ video and email it to our Customer Care Team.
    2. If no, is there someone that may be able to do this for you? A friend, family member or professional?

We do require some indication of where the leak is coming from to best assist you.

If you are unable to do this, please contact our Customer Care Team so we can attempt to troubleshoot over the phone.
