BA13 – Top case lights flashing

1. A combination of the top lights flashing on the BA13 indicates different internal faults (see below table):

2. If possible, unplug bidet and leave off for 1 day. Book a call for the next day at same time and ask customer to plug bidet back in.

3. Test bidet functions– if lights are still flashing, the bidet will need to be sent to us for repairs.
