The manufacturer recommends that you change the filters on average every 6 months to protect the internal heating and water temperature regulating controls of your electronic bidet and to stop build up and clogging of the micro galleries that could cause leaking or malfunction.
If a filter is over 12 months old the filter plastic may deteriorate and leak.
