1. Make sure that the water connection is fully open and the bidet is turned on. If that did not solve the issue then turn the power and water connection off. Remove the white pipe and place it into the bowl and then turn the water on to see if water is going through the white piping. If there is no water going through after turning on the water the t-piece and/or backflow may need replacing.
2. If water is getting through the white pipe but the problem still persists then turn the water off. Remove the filter and inside the filter holder there’s a little button. Press that a couple of times to remove any sediment that could of settled around it (only applicable to Coway model bidets). If you don’t have a coway please, remove the filter and check for any sediment. Then insert the filter back in and check the water flow by removing the filter clip and seeing if water runs through the pipe and filter into the toilet pan. If there is no water going through the filter after turning on the water then the filter and/or filter holder may need replacing.
3. If the water is getting through the filter, the bidet is turned on with the power light illuminated but the problem still persists then the bidet will need to come back for repairs and you’ll need to contact our support team.
