Heated Seat Problem – N1000

Seat Too Cold

    1. Please adjust your seat temperature to the RED light using the “Seat temp” button on your side control – Red light is the warmest setting.  
    2. Please turn the bidet off at the power point, leave for 5 seconds and turn back on.
    3. Please sit down on the seat or place a wet cloth around 4 o’clock position on the seat.
    4. The seat should start to heat. If the seat does not start to heat, please contact our Customer Care Team. 
    5. If the seat does start to heat, you can now use the “Seat temp” buttons to adjust it to the temperature best suited to you.

Seat Too Hot

    1. Please adjust your seat temperature to the “OFF” setting using the “Seat temp” button on your side control – off / no light is the coldest setting.
    2. Please turn the bidet off at the power point, leave for 5 seconds and turn back on.
    3. Please sit down on the seat or place a wet cloth around 4 o’clock position on the seat.
    4. The seat should become cool. If the seat does not start to cool down, please contact our Customer Care Team.
    5. If the seat does become cool, you can now click the “seat temp” button to adjust it to the temperature best suited to you.
