Seat Too Cold
- Please adjust your seat temperature to the red light (Photo) using the “Seat temp” button on your side control – Red light is the warmest setting (Photo).
- Please turn the bidet off at the power point, leave for 5 seconds and turn back on.
- Please sit down on the seat.
- The seat should start to heat. If the seat does not start to heat, please contact our Customer Care Team.
- If the seat does start to heat, you can now use the “Seat temp” buttons to adjust it to the temperature best suited to you.
Seat Too Hot
- Please adjust your seat temperature to the “Green” setting (Photo) using the “Seat temp” button on your side control – Green light is the coldest setting (Photo).
- Please turn the bidet off at the power point, leave for 5 seconds and turn back on.
- Please sit down on the seat.
- The seat should become cool. If the seat does not start become cool, please contact our Customer Care Team.
- If the seat does become cool, you can now use the click the “seat temp” button to adjust it to the temperature best suited to you.
