Heated Seat Problem – R500

Seat Too Cold

  1. Please adjust your seat temperature to the highest setting (Photo) by clicking the seat temp button on your remote and changing the light to red (Photo). 
  2. Please turn the bidet off at the power point, leave for 5 seconds and turn back on.
  3. Please sit down on the seat. 
  4. The seat should start to heat. If the seat does not start to heat, please contact our Customer Care Team.
  5. If the seat does start to heat, you can now use the “Seat temp” buttons to adjust it to the temperature best suited to you.

Seat Too Hot

  1. Please adjust your seat temperature to the highest setting (Photo) by clicking the seat temp button on your remote and changing the light to blue (Photo). 
  2. Please turn the bidet off at the power point, leave for 5 seconds and turn back on.
  3. Please sit down on the seat. 
  4. The seat should be cold now. If the seat is still hot, please contact our Customer Care Team.
  5. If the seat is cool, you can now use the “HI” and “LO” buttons to adjust it to the temperature best suited to you.

Seat Doesn't Stay Hot

If your seat does not stay heated and only starts heating when you sit down, but is cold to start with, you will need to turn off the Eco Mode.

Follow the steps below to turn off Eco Mode.

Remove the power plug from the power point (Do not switch the power point off)

Hold down the rear cleansing button on the top left hand side of the bidet whilst pushing the power plug back in to the power point (alarm sound is generated)

Press rear cleansing on the remote

a. 1 chime (Ding) – Eco mode off

b. 2 chimes (Ding) – Eco mode on – Click again and there should be 1 chime

After it chimes once, click the “Air Dryer” button

a. 3 chimes (ding) – Eco Mode has been turned off

The bidet should now keep the seat heated all the time
