Seat Too Cold
Activate the seat by placing a wet cloth on the right hand side of the seat.
Adjust the seat temperate with the Seat Temp + button, clicking the + button until there are 3 lights for seat temp.
If the temperature is still
cold, please try restarting the bidet by turning the bidet off at the power point for 30 minutes and then turning the bidet back on.
If the seat temperature is still too cold on the highest setting, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Seat Too Hot
Activate the seat by placing a wet cloth on the right hand side of the seat.
Adjust the seat temperate with the Seat Temp – button, clicking the – button until there are 0 lights for seat temp.
If the temperature is still too hot, please try restarting the bidet by turning the bidet off at the power point for 30 minutes and then turning the bidet back on.
If the seat temperature is still too hot on the lowest setting, please contact our Customer Care Team.
