No Power – R500

  1. Please remove the power plug from the power point and then put it back in. The bidet should make a “Beep” noise
  2. Please click the stop button on your remote (Photo) and the bidet should make a “beep” noise as well
  3. If the bidet did not make a beep noise, please hold the stop button on the left hand side of the bidet (Photo) – Then repeat step 2
  4. If the bidet still has no power, please test another appliance in the power point and see if it has power
  5. If the other appliance does work in the power point but the bidet does not, please contact our Customer Care Team.
  6. If the other appliance does not work in the power point, the issue is with your power point
