Activate the seat by placing a wet cloth on the right hand side at the 3-4 o’clock position. Adjust the
water temperate with the Water Temp button. The remote should indicate the heat being high
(full/red) or low (empty/off). Turn the temperature up to the highest setting and see if the
temperature is still cold, if so please try resetting the bidet by turning the bidet off at the power
point for 30 minutes and then turning the bidet back on. If the seat temperature is still cold on the
highest setting, you’ll need to contact our support team.
