No Warm Water

Please either sit down or activate the seat sensor by placing a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock.

Please click the “Rear” button on your remote.

Once the water starts spraying, please click the “Water Temp” button on your remote to adjust the water to the RED light which is the warmest setting.

The water should start to heat up – If the wash cycle has finished by the time you get to this step, please click Rear button again ensuring the light above water temp is RED.

If the water is still cold, please contact our Customer Care Team. *If bidet is more than 3 years old, the bidet might need a replacement of the heating element
