1. Ensure the bidet is turned on at the power and the water is on.
To determine if Power is on, there should be a Red light on top of the bidet next to “power“.
Press the Nozzle Cleansing button on the top right hand side (when facing the bidet).
Ensure water runs down the nozzle when Nozzle Cleansing button is pressed.
If water doesn’t run down the nozzle, your bidet does not have any water running through it – Go to steps 3 & 4.
If water does run down the nozzle, please click Nozzle Cleansing again (nozzles will swap position) and then click one more time so the nozzle retracts.
Once the nozzles are both retracted, place a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock, and close the lid on your bidet (leaving the wet cloth in place) and click the Rear or Front wash button on the remote.
2. Make sure the remote and bidet are talking to each other.
Click the Rear or Front wash button on your remote (wet cloth needs to be on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock).
You should hear a “ding” sound when the buttons are pressed. (If there is a “ding ding”, your seat sensor has not been activated.) The nozzle should extend and spray. You may press the STOP button on the remote and your bidet is good to use.
If there is no “ding” noise, please click the button on the right side of the bidet (when facing) that says “Rear Cleansing”.
See options below:
a. If Nozzle extends and sprays
If the nozzle extended and started spraying, please click STOP on your remote.
The nozzle should stop spraying and retract in.
* If the stop button does not work and the bidet continues to spray, the bidet and the remote are not connecting and you will need to contact our Customer Care team to organise a repair for your bidet.
b. If Nozzle extends but water just runs into bowl
The bidet will need to be repaired. Please contact our Customer Care Team.
c. If Nozzle extends and retracts right away–
There may be no water accessing the bidet. Please proceed to sec.3
3. If the nozzle extends and retracts right away, there may be no water accessing the bidet.
Please turn water off at the tap and ensure that the black knob on the T-piece / T shaped connector valve is turned away from the filter holder.
To test whether water flows through the filter, you need to disconnect the white pipe from the side of the bidet.
First, press the Nozzle Cleansing button on the side of the bidet to relieve pressure in the white pipe.
Push the small white ring into towards the bidet and hold pressure on the white ring. Use your other hand to slide the pipe out of the white ring.
Turn the white pipe towards the bowl.
* If it will not reach, please get a bucket.
Once facing into the bowl/ bucket, please turn the water back on.
If water came at a steady flow through the filter, the bidet will need to be repaired as the water is accessing the bidet but not flowing through it– Please contact our Customer Care Team.
4. If no water came through, there is a blockage stopping the water from flowing.
Please turn the water off again at the tap.
Remove the filter from its holder by turning the filter to the left and pulling it downwards.
Inside the filter holder is a little button– press that button a few times to loosen and remove any sediments that might have accumulated around it.
Replace filter by gripping the filter holder and inserting the filter and turning it to the right.
Turn water on again and see if water is going through the white pipe.
If water is still not flowing through, please let our Customer Care Team know so that they may arrange replacement of the parts that are faulty.
