No Water At All

  1. Please ensure the power is on to the bidet. Under the seat will be a night light, or if deactivated, you can test the Dry function on the remote while sitting on the bidet.
  2. Please turn the water off at the tap and remove the braided hose / pipe from the side of the bidet. 
  3. Aim the braided hose / pipe into the bowl of the toilet or a bucket and turn the water back on.
  4. If water did come through, please go to step 6.
  5. If water did not come through, please contact our Customer Care Team.
  6. Please reconnect the hose / pipe to the bidet and turn the water back on.
  7. Please place a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock to activate the seat sensor.
  8. Please click the “Wash” button on the remote.
  9. If the nozzle extends but water does not spray, please contact our Customer Care Team.
