No Water At All

  1. Please ensure the power is on to the bidet
  2. Please turn the water off at the tap (Photo) and remove the pipe from the side of the bidet (Video)
  3. Aim the pipe into the bowl of the toilet or a bucket and turn the water back on
  4. If water did come through the pipe, please go to step __
  5. If water did not come through, please contact our Customer Care Team
  6. Please reconnect the pipe to the bidet and turn the water back on
  7. Please place a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock to activate the seat sensor
  8. Please click the “Wash” button on your remote
  9. If the nozzle extends but water does not spray, please contact our Customer Care Team
