No Water At All
- Please ensure the power is on to the bidet
- Please turn the water off at the tap (Photo) and remove the pipe from the side of the bidet (Video)
- Aim the pipe into the bowl of the toilet or a bucket and turn the water back on
- If water did come through the pipe, please go to step __
- If water did not come through, please contact our Customer Care Team
- Please reconnect the pipe to the bidet and turn the water back on
- Please place a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock to activate the seat sensor
- Please click the “Wash” button on your remote
- If the nozzle extends but water does not spray, please contact our Customer Care Team
