Nozzle Does Not Extend
- Please turn the power off at the power point and remove the power plug from the wall and leave off for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, please reconnect the power plug to the power point and turn the bidet on (Photo).
- Please click the “Nozzle Cleaning” button on the remote (Photo).
- This activates the nozzle cleansing function and the nozzle should extend.
- If the nozzle did not extend, please contact our Customer Care Team.
- If the nozzle did extend, please click the “stop” button on the remote and the nozzle will retract.
- Please activate the seat sensor by placing a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock.
- Please click the “Wash” button on your remote and close the lid, leaving the cloth in place
