Nozzle Does Not Extend

  1. Please turn the power off at the power point and remove the power plug from the wall and leave off for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes, please reconnect the power plug to the power point and turn the bidet on (Photo).
  3. Please click the “Nozzle Cleaning” button on the remote (Photo).
  4. This activates the nozzle cleansing function and the nozzle should extend.
  5. If the nozzle did not extend, please contact our Customer Care Team.
  6. If the nozzle did extend, please click the “stop” button on the remote and the nozzle will retract.
  7. Please activate the seat sensor by placing a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock.
  8. Please click the “Wash” button on your remote and close the lid, leaving the cloth in place
  9. If nothing happens still, please contact our Customer Care Team.
