Seat sensor must be activated for any function to operate.
Please turn the power off and unplug the bidet from the wall. Leave it unplugged for half an hour to an hour then reconnect and turn the power on. Press the power button on the bidet, and it should do a little start up where the nozzle extends and retracts. If the nozzle didn’t extend please try using the nozzle cleansing button on side of the bidet. If the nozzle still didn’t extend please make sure there is water getting to the bidet. If there is water getting into the bidet but still not working, then there is an issue. Please contact our customer care team.
