Nozzle Does Not Spray – R500

  1. Please turn the bidet off at the wall and unplug for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes, plug it back in and turn the power on.
  3. Please hold down the blue “Wash” button on the left hand side of the bidet (Photo).
  4. This activates the nozzle cleansing function and the nozzle should extend.
  5. If the nozzle did not extend, please contact our Customer Care Team.
  6. If the nozzle did extend, please click the “stop” button on the remote and the nozzle will retract.
  7. Please activate the seat sensor by placing a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock.
  8. Please click the “Wash” button on your remote and close the lid, leaving the cloth in place
  9. If nothing happens still, please contact our Customer Care Team.
  10. If the nozzle extends but does not spray, please ensure the water connection is fully open.
  11. Please turn the water off at the tap and remove the water pipe from the side of the bidet and point it into the bowl.
  12. If water does come through, please reconnect to the bidet and complete steps 7 & 8 again.
  13. If water does not come through, please contact our Customer Care Team.
