Water Runs into Bowl
Reset the bidet by turning it off at the wall and unplug for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes plug it back in and turn the power on. There should be a Red Light next to “power’ on the top of the bidet.
The bidet should extend and retract the nozzle and ‘ding’.
If nothing happens when the power is turned on, please press the power button on the side of the bidet.
If the water continues to run after resetting the bidet, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Leaking
If your bidet is leaking onto your floor or around the toilet pan, are you able to take a photo/ video of where the leak is coming from & where the water is ending up?
- If yes, please take a photo/ video and email it to our Customer Care Team.
- If no, is there someone that may be able to do this for you? A friend, family member or professional?
We do require some indication of where the leak is coming from to best assist you.
