Water Too Hot
- Please either sit down or close the lid of your bidet
- Please click the “rear cleanse” button on your remote (Photo).
- Once the water starts spraying, please click the “Water temp” button on your remote (Photo) to adjust the water to the coldest setting.
- On the screen of your remote, you will see a thermometer (Photo) – Please click the “Water temp” button until the thermometer is completely empty (Photo).
- The water should be cold – If the wash cycle has finished by the time you get to this step, please click rear wash again ensuring the thermometer is empty
- If the water is still hot and the thermometer is empty, please click the STOP button on your remote, skip steps 7-10 and contact our Customer Care Team
- Please then click the “Water temp” button 1 time and the water should get a bit warmer and the thermometer should be 1/3 coloured in
- If you would like the water to be a bit warmer, please then click the “Water temp” button 1 time and the water should get a bit warmer and the thermometer should be 2/3 coloured in
- If you would like the water a bit warmer, please then click the “Water temp” button 1 time and the water should get a bit warmer and the thermometer should be fully coloured in
