Water Too Hot
Please either sit down or activate the seat sensor by placing a wet cloth on the seat between 3 & 5 o’clock.
Please click the “Rear” button on your remote.
Once the water starts spraying, please click the “Water Temp” button on your remote to adjust the water temperature to the NO LIGHT which is the default temperature / coldest setting.
The water should start to cool down – If the wash cycle has finished by the time you get to this step, please click Rear button again ensuring the light above water temp shows nothing.
When the water has cooled down, you may now press the Water Temp button on the remote control again to set the bidet to your desired temperature (Blue= low, Pink=medium, Red=high).
